Our Story

The Brönn family set foot on African soil From Germany in the late 1700’s and established themselves in South Africa; mostly as farmers. Today we pride ourselves on having built a successful
business & real estate company.

Brönn Properties is a family run company established in 2001. Our properties are managed by Alewyn and Gerdus Brönn. Our Head office is in Somerset West and we focus on buying and renting out residential and commercial properties mostly in the Western Cape. We have four commercial and fifteen residential properties on our portfolio and growing.

We believe that a building, no matter the condition, area or age, has potential and can
be restored to its former glory.
